Will losing weight make you happy?
What is the reason behind you WANTING to lose weight, CONFIDENCE, SELF ESTEEM issues?? or are you doing it for someone else, maybe its to make a partner want you more, maybe you have lost your way with how you wanted your life to look like and it certainly wasn't being overweight at this point, unhappy, tired and stressed out was it....NOPE!!!
So, we need to be realistic about a few things right from the beginning..here goes
If you're not prepared to change the way you think and act then you will get the exact same results as you did before..EXAMPLE: You've done WW or SW before right? of course you have...it worked didn't it? of course it did! What happened when you stopped?
YUP, you either put all the weight BACK on again or you put ALL the weight back on again and a little bit more...
It happens!
But how come most people keep going back over and over again??
You know it will work short term and this is the LIGHT-BULB moment...ready?
STOP looking at your life as a short term event (I'm sure you don't, but that's what happening!), yes, time is going faster and faster each day but that doesn't mean you have to settle for second best when it comes to YOU!!!
