Video #3: I feel sorry for you!

Hi guys, Carl Norman from the Lifestyle Program.  You know what?  I actually feel really sorry for you today.  


Let me tell you the reasons why.  


There are so many people and there’s so much information that’s literally being shouted at you.  I see it all the time on Facebook, whether you’ve got personal trainers, or people going ‘look at me, look at how fantastic my body is, look at how many press-ups I can do, look at how many pull-ups, look at how much weight I can lift,’ so much information that’s out there ,you name it, weight watchers slimmers world, everything just seems to be blasted at you.  Coaches are going to go ‘do this do that, don’t do the other.’  


Again, a lot of people end up going (breathes in and out); ‘I haven’t got a clue.  Genuinely, I haven’t got a clue as to what I’m going to do.’  And they seek help, but sometimes that’s not the right help, and what happens then is that they just go around in circles, and instead of breaking habits, which is what the most important thing is that we should really be looking at what we’re doing,  we look at things and go ‘if it works for them, it must work for me.’  Well, let me tell you right now, is that this is not a ‘one model fits all.’  If that was the case, we’d all have the same size shoes, we’d all have the same size coats, we’d all wear the same sized hats, it’s not the way that we are.  We are biologically different on the inside which is what we are on the outside.  And what we need to do is we need to go right back to basics on thinking: what is it that’s good for you?  What is it that maybe you’ve done in the past that’s actually working for you, because right now, I genuinely feel sorry for you.  I feel sorry for the general public who just doesn’t know which way to take.  And you’ve got people that are basically just ploughing information at you, going ‘buy this, take this, listen to my words, because my words are absolutely spot-on,’ and to be fair, they’re not, it’s just bull shit.  I’m not even saying that my words are right, what I’m trying to say to you is that you need to develop something that is correct for you.  it’s all about the clients, it’s all about what it is that you want and how you see your life, not about me!  Not about me, what I do, what I eat, what I drink, how I sleep, how I rest, what my stress levels are like.  Forget that, it’s not about that, and it’s not what works for me.  My exercise plan, my rest plan, my nutrition plan, it works for me on every single level and I know that when it doesn’t, because I feel it.  So, what we need to do is start with you.  And if you’re still missing it at this point, and you’re still saying ‘I’m not that crazy,’ which, by the way, I think I am, but I’m crazy for me and that works for me.  Because, you want to look at what’s working for you, and what’s not working for you.  And get that big piece of paper out and start scribbling down ways that you want to be.  Because, the majority of people tend to listen to these videos or are subscribed onto my pages, they do want something different.  The issue is about actually going out and getting it; that’s it!  If you really want something bad enough, then you’ll go and get it.  I listened to lots and lots of people that get into touch with me and they’ll go ‘I want this, I want that, I’m really sorry Carl,’ or they’ll message me and say ‘you know what, something’s cropped up,’ and I’ll say ‘that’s just life.’  You’ve got to work around the factor of what works for you, and what doesn’t work for you, and plan out what’s going to come ahead.  You can’t do that all the time and know that under some circumstances, but you have to look at what works for you!  Guys, this hasn’t been a rant, this has just been something, hopefully, that you may be able to understand, because I feel sorry for you, there’s a lot of information out there today.  There’s lots of people like me that try to give out fantastic content, and I’m hoping that people listen and work out what’s right for them.  And hopefully, I’ll get into touch with people that like themselves to enrich their life and move forward in a positive way.  Guys have a wonderful day, and I look forward to speaking to you very soon, take care, bye bye!
