This really pisses me off!!
 
…..”doing this ONE thing can get you from zero to hero”…”just try this once and your life will be changed FOREVER”…”this unique trick can take you to the highest level of earning power”..
 
SORRY!!
 
No it won’t!
 
There is not one single thing that will help you to achieve a goal you have set yourself….(sorry to break the bad news!)
 
Its not all doom and gloom, let me explain!
 
I've just received an email from someone who I respect in the health industry and the claim to what he what he was suggesting in the email was similar to what I've written above..
 
ITS PURE BULLSHIT (and he knows it by the way….)
 
Its well intended and I get he has to earn a living by selling affiliate products online but its WRONG!
 
HUGELY WRONG!!!
 
If you want to succeed at something then what you will find is that it will be a cluster of things that come together giving you the end result.
 
For example:
 
WEIGHT LOSS
 
If you are looking at losing weight then the old “eat less and move more” is just to simple to comprehend, but advice like this is still being dished out by health professionals and people are still following it!.....eat less of what and what type of movement is best??

Its fine in the beginning, but what happens when you plateau and you think to yourself..bollocks, its not working and revert back to the way it was before. They don't tell you that reducing calories will eventually lead to your metabolism slowing down and it affecting your thyroid do they? They don't tell you that by just running on the treadmill for long periods of time can actually make you put weight on do they??
 
Is this post going to able to put things into perspective on what you want to achieve and how you are going to achieve it?
 
NO…
 
Why?
 
Achieving something, whatever it is, is UNIQUE to you and to you only! Now you may say, I want to lose weight, that’s not unique!!
 
You’re so right!!!!!.... so why are some people successful and others not?
 
Its because they have come up with a COLLECTIVE strategy to lose weight, It wasn’t just one thing they did, it was a LIST of things, sometimes as long as your arm, but they followed them, they became so ingrained in them they became habits. 
 
They didn’t decide to get healthy and go to the gym for a week or so..they went EVERY WEEK!...they still go now! They ate better quality foods….they still eat them now…!
 
My point:
 
If you want to succeed at something…ANYTHING!
 
Put all the pieces of the jigsaw together and KEEP GOING!
 
The picture will become clearer as you approach the finish line.
