What times are the classes??
We currently have two programs running: Morning Program: Monday-Wednesday-Friday 9.30am-10.30am Evening Program: Monday-Wednesday-Friday 6.30pm-7.30pm All packages will include: 3 sessions a week, 12 sessions per month
Both programs include physical exercise and therefore a PARQ (physical activity readiness questioner) form should be filled out prior to booking PLEASE NOTE: A prior consultation (free of charge) by phone will take place before acceptance onto any of the physical programs Where to find us!!!!We train from an indoor unit based in Aintree/Netherton

Q: I'm so unfit, can I still do your class?
A: 100% YES. Each class is designed to give you confidence in what you can achieve and I can assure you that before long you will be feeling great. You have to start somewhere! Q: I'm really nervous about doing something new, its been so long since Ive done any type of exercise or mixed with other people. A: I understand completely. If you felt really uncomfortable then I am happy to train you privately for a couple of classes and when you gain your confidence you can join the main class. Q: How many times a week can I train?
A: We recommend you train 3 times a week, although if you miss a class then you will be able to get workouts from the MEMBERS AREA on the website. Q: Ive been told I can get a certificate for training, is that true? A: That's 100% TRUE!! I know it may have been a while since you gained a certificate for something but with this program you will get better each and every class, your technique will improve and your confidence will rise. We believe that you should be rewarded for this so not only do you get a certificate but you get an attractive wristband that emulates a grading system similar to martial arts. You will start with a WHITE Level 1 Band and then gain a Black Band as you move through the different colour bands as you progress. Q: I'm not really interested in losing weight, I'm more into learning something new and toning up, will this be for me? A: This program was made for you!! I am using all of my background experience and wrapping it up into one package, the nutrition advice is there should you need it but the quality of the training will be second to none. I say that with confidence because its based on 30 years of knowledge and passion. Q: Can I try before I buy?
